John Mobley Jr. is returning for his third season with the Buckeyes.

After a sensational sophomore campaign in which he averaged 15.7 points per game while shooting 41.1% from beyond the arc, Mobley entered the NBA draft process to explore his professional options. The honorable mention All-Big Ten selection stayed committed to that plan earlier this month, even after not receiving an invitation to the NBA Draft Combine on May 1. But just over two weeks later, Mobley decided to run it back in Columbus.

Mount Baseball: Eight Raiders Earn All-OAC; Hesse Named Co-Coach of the Year

The Mount Union baseball team had a total of eight players earn a spot on the 2026 All-Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) team, including five on the All-OAC First Team. 30th-year Head Coach Paul Hesse was named the Co-Don Schaly OAC Coach of the Year (along with Muskingum's Jake Krupar) for his fourth career OAC Coach of the Year honor and second straight (2026, 2025, 2017, 2013).
