A Minerva High School graduate, Coach Carle returns to Ohio with 13 years of coaching experience. He is a graduate of the University of Mount Union and most recently served as Associate Head Coach, Co-Offensive Coordinator, and Special Teams Coordinator at Eastern Alamance High School in North Carolina.
