College Football season is finally here! It feels like an eternity since Georgia raises the College Football Playoff trophy back in January, but alas, we have arrived. There are plenty of new faces, names that many have never heard of that they will soon never forget. There will be bands playing, cheerleaders dancing, and students packing stadiums all across America. This offseason has been one unlike any other, with the transfer portal being overrun thanks to NIL, a coaching carousel that saw beloved coaches leave overnight, and plenty of smack talk from coaches, players, and fans. This year there are over 40 bowl games, so take a look and see where your team could be playing come December or January. The 2022 season is finally here, so buckle up and enjoy one of America’s greatest traditions: college football.

The NFL and the NFL Players Association on Thursday reached a settlement in the Deshaun Watson disciplinary matter, agreeing that the Cleveland Browns quarterback will serve an 11-game suspension without pay after he was accused by more than two dozen women of sexual misconduct during massage sessions.
Watson will also pay a fine of $5 million and undergo mandatory evaluation by behavioral experts and follow their suggested treatment program.

Ohio State running back Evan Pryor will miss the season after suffering a knee injury in practice Monday, sources confirmed to ESPN.
Pryor rushed for 98 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries as a true freshman for the Buckeyes last fall. He was set to back up TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams this coming season.
