GOODMAN HIRED AS NEXT ALLIANCE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR

The Alliance City Schools (ACS) Board of Education approved Tim Goodman as the new Athletic Director during Tuesday’s regular board meeting.

Goodman was hired in 2021 as the varsity football coach and math teacher at Alliance High School. In the short time he has been with Alliance City Schools, he has established himself as a leader and valued member of the Aviator Team.

Guardians’ home opener sold out; monthly pass launched

It’s official: Cleveland’s home opener on April 7 against the Mariners at 4:10 p.m. ET is sold out.

The Guardians announced the sellout on Tuesday morning. Since Progressive Field (then Jacobs Field) was opened in 1994, the club has sold out every home opener, totaling 30 straight seasons.
