Cleveland Indians trade 2B Cesar Hernandez to AL Central rival White Sox

The Indians traded second baseman Cesar Hernandez on Thursday to the division-leading White Sox. Hernandez just hit his career-high 18th homer for the Indians on Wednesday against the Cardinals at Progressive Field.
