The first major shakeup of the Cavaliers offseason is upon us — not from the roster, but from the front office responsible for putting it together.
According multiple reports, general manager Mike Gansey is leaving Cleveland to become the Philadelphia 76ers new president of basketball operations. Gansey spent the last 15 years with the Cavs organization, including the last four as GM under team president Koby Altman.
