Cavs pick up Collin Sexton’s third-year contract option

he Cavs have done as expected and picked up guard Collin Sexton’s third-year contract option. The Cavs’ 2018 first-round pick, the 20-year-old Sexton will make $4.99 million in the 2020-21 season.
